Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

General Questions

What is RunningCrewHome?

RunningCrewHome is the central platform for your running crew. The app connects to your Strava account, synchronizes your activities, and enables you to organize group runs (and your personal training), communicate with your crew, and share routes.

Who is RunningCrewHome suitable for?

  • Recreational runners: Looking for or already having a regular running group
  • Running groups & crews: Who want to improve their organization and communication
  • Coaches & trainers: Who coordinate and manage one or multiple running groups
  • Competitive runners: Who want to train with like-minded athletes

How does RunningCrewHome differ from Strava?

RunningCrewHome perfectly complements Strava: While Strava focuses on tracking and individual performance, RunningCrewHome emphasizes group organization, collaborative training planning, and crew communication. Your Strava data is automatically synchronized and displayed in the crew context. If you don't have a Strava account, you can also upload your activities manually.

Without Strava, you can manually upload activities via GPX or TCX files.
